Wow, this dinner at T’s Tan Tan that we had the other day was the bomb! I think this must have been one of my top three vegan dinners ever. Everything is vegan at the restaurant, making it super easy for me to know that no animal products would suddenly appear at my plate (this actually happens a lot here in Japan).
As I’ve been testing to eat a bit gluten again (I’ve been gluten-free for many many years) I decided to try the dishes that included gluten. When we arrived it was still tea time so we shared a chocolate cake before dinner 😛 Then we decided to share all of these dishes: spring rolls, fried soy nuggets with some super yummy sauce, dumplings, a very delicious ramen (noodle soup) and a strawberry mousse. Everything was super delicious and I really recommend this restaurant 🙂 F (who is not vegan) really enjoyed the food too and we actually got back there for lunch a couple of days later 😛 We shared two different kinds of ramen, both delicious, for lunch and had a crème brûlée for desert. It’s a super cute place and some of the staff speak english, which can be very helpful sometimes. I’ll link to their homepage in the end of the post.
Do you like ramen? Do you ever eat vegan or vegetarian food?
