How pretty is this lace swimsuit? I mean the color, the fit and the fabric is just perfect! I really like the cutouts at the waist and the high cut at the legs too, it gives such nice proportions to the body. We shot these pics in the sunset on one of our last night in Antibes and when I was looking through the pics I just wanted to dive right in.. Ah summer, can’t you just stay a couple more months?
I know you like when I write my exercise routine so here’s the leg/butt workout I did yesterday:
6 min warm up on the elliptical
Hip thrusters with Barbell. I LOVE hip thrusters, you can really feel the burn in your bum afterwards 😉 :
– 5 sets x 12 reps with max weight (you should not be able to do more than 12 reps at each set)
– 2 sets x 30 reps (with a lower weight than above but you shouldn’t be able to do more than 30 reps)
Squats with barbell (I decided to do easy ones this time so I did not put any extra weight on the 20 kg barbell)
– 4 sets x 15 reps
Walking lounges with 10 kg in each hand
– 3 sets x 20 steps
5 sets x 40 seconds
After each set in each exercise I rest for about 40 seconds – 1 minute.
This was a good and not too hard workout which still gave me a lot of burn and muscle soreness afterwards 🙂 I usually do leg press too or squats with heavier weight but this was just enough for yesterday.
