Ubud, Bali, is famous for having a lot of healthy vegan/vegetarian cafes and restaurants. So when we went to Ubud I just had to go to some of those places! We were in Ubud for 2 days and didn’t have time to try as many places as I wanted but Sari Organik and Clear Cafe were two of the places we decided to try out (see the post from Clear Cafe here).
Sari Organik is an organic and whole foods restaurant located right in the middle of Ubud’s beautiful rice fields. It took about 15 minutes to walk (there’s just a small path which cars can’t drive on) to the restaurant from the main road. If it’s your first time visiting Sari Organik just keep walking until you find the place, we thought that we might have missed it a couple of times before we finally arrived. They serve vegan, vegetarian, chicken and fish dishes. They use ingredients straight from their gardens and you can ask to pick your own vegetables and create your own dish, how lovely is that? ♥
We went there in time to see the sunset over the rice fields, it was breathtakingly beautiful and if you follow me on Snapchat (ch3rryblossomst) you probably remember that I shared a lot of sunset pics and movies that night 😉
